For over 75 years, we have continued to expand our know-how and expertise, and are widely acknowledged as experts in the field of aerosol filling. We fill aluminium or tinplate cans in a wide range of sizes on behalf of our customers.
We also undertake the spray and foam bottling of medical products in compliance with DIN ISO 13485, and the filling of cosmetics in aerosols in compliance with the GMP guidelines for cosmetics and the current cosmetics directive.
Likewise, we guarantee the highest standards of quality and maximum process excellence in compliance with IFS HPC during the production of household and personal care products. The focus is always on the aerosol. Manufacturing takes place on our premises, always under strictly controlled hygienic conditions.

What are Aerosols?
An aerosol is a heterogeneous combination of solid or liquid suspended particles in a gas. The suspended particles are called aerosol particles. The smallest of these particles are just a few nanometres in size.
Inside a can there are fine active particles, which are in a gas. When the sprayer is activated, the can releases this mixture of gas and particles, which combines in the air, producing a fine mist.
The advantage of aerosol products is the dosage of the spray/foam. When used correctly, there is no health risk. Greenhouse gases, which were common in aerosols until into the 90s, are no longer used. We store and process only “state-of-the-art” gases from reputable suppliers. These include:
- Propane butane (different pressure levels)
- CO2
- Nitrogen
- Compressed air
Natural Cosmetics
The awareness and use of natural cosmetics continues to increase. In addition to the right choice of raw materials, the propellant used in the pressure packing is of essential importance. This is why we add nitrogen or carbon dioxide to the cans.
The following examples show which natural cosmetic products are suitable for aerosols.
